Samsung Galaxy SIII reviews
More than 10 million Samsung Galaxy SIII smartphones were sold on pre-order before the launch dates of end-May in Europe and mid-July 2012 in the United States. The popularity of the Galaxy confirms the health of the international smartphone market, growing at more than 40% annually and predicted to reach 1 billion units sold annually by 2014.
Just catching a glimpse of the latest Samsung Galaxy smartphone, the SIII, makes the growth explosion obvious. It is a very attractive phone in its choice of pebble blue or marble white outfits.
The sales of Samsung, a Korean electronics company, has surpassed that of the previous cell phone king, Nokia. Samsung smartphones have also been outshipping the Apple iPhone by some 10 million units per quarter.
In the meantime, Apple is seeking to halt shipment of the Galaxy phones to the US market over alleged patent infringements. However, the Galaxy SIII – or “S3” – remains on offer at online outlets such as Amazon.
